Our government can always seem to find billions for bombs, military operations, detention centers, and deportations. But when people ask for affordable housing, accessible healthcare, strong public schools, or relief from rising gas, grocery, and electricity bills, we are told there is no money left.
That is not just policy. That is a choice. And it is a story that deserves to be told.
While corporate media softens the truth and protects the powerful, our communities are living the consequences. Raids. Evictions. Insulin people cannot afford. Utility shutoff notices. Crumbling schools. Neighbors taken without warning. These are not abstract political debates. They are daily realities for millions of people whose lives rarely make the front page.
Power to the People News exists to change that.
The media has picked a side. So have we.
The same billionaire class helping dismantle democracy also has enormous influence over the media landscape telling you not to worry. They are not speaking for working people. They are not telling the full truth. They are defending a system that rewards greed, excuses cruelty, and abandons everyday communities.
We are not here to protect that system.
